Each client is different, with some clients we focus on techniques to manage their anger & stress. We work with clients on goal setting, personal growth, and behavior modification as well as building self-esteem and confidence. Helping clients to achieve their goals through motivation, encouragement, education & accountability. We give or clients the the tools to allow them to alter their actions in order to take control and attain their goals.

Starting your journey

The first step is to set up a discovery session. This session will allow us to see how well we connect. If you are not able to open up, you may not achieve  the expected outcome or reach your full potential. Feeling comfortable with your coach is important.

Once you have decided to move forward you will then have your first session.  Your first session will be focused on what you hope to achieve from the coaching sessions. Utilizing tools and completing exercises will allow the me to assist you in creating a plan to reach those goals. You will be given tasks to complete before the next session.

During the course of your sessions you will work on your strengths and weaknesses. You will learn to understand various aspects that may assist you in overcoming obstacles that are holding you back.

*Weakness & Strengths

Throughout the process you & I will continue to evaluate your progress and adjust your sessions accordingly to ensure that you are on the right track.

At the end of each session you will be challenged to explain what you have learned or accomplished. since your last session.
